Inner wheel arch panel (Range Rover 3)

During this procedure, the wheel arch extension is also removed.

Dismantling

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the generator.

3. Remove the outer wheel arch panel extension.

REPAIR WORK, Wheel arch extension.

4. Remove the wiring harness from the inner wheel arch panel.

Repair works

1. Remove damaged panels, prepare joint edges and install new panels in accordance with the Body Panel Repair Rules. Punch or drill holes in the panel to be installed for the plug weld, as shown in the figure.

Assembly

1. Secure the wiring harness to the inner wheel arch panel.

2. Install the outer wheel arch panel extension.

3. Connect the generator.
