Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Empty the air conditioning system and collect the refrigerant.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, AIR CONDITIONER DRAINAGE, REFRIGERANT RECOVERY AND CHARGING, Air Conditioner Emptying - Refrigerant Recovery and Charging.
3. Disconnect the connector block from the refrigerant pressure sensor.
CAUTION: Do not disconnect the air conditioning hoses until the system is completely empty.
4. Remove the refrigerant pressure sensor from the A/C piping branch. In order not to stress the air conditioning piping, two wrenches should be used to remove the sensor.
WARNING: Cap all openings immediately to prevent dirt and moisture from entering the system.
5. Remove and discard O-ring.
Assembly
1. Clean the refrigerant pressure sensor and its surroundings.
2. Install a new sealing ring, install the sensor and tighten it with a torque of 10 Nm.
3. Connect the block to the pressure sensor.
4. Charge the air conditioning system with refrigerant.

5. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
