Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Empty the air conditioning system and collect the refrigerant.

3. Models with Td4 or KV6 engine: Remove the lower engine shield.

4. Disconnect the connector block from the refrigerant pressure sensor.
CAUTION: Do not disconnect the air conditioning hoses until the system is completely empty.
5. Remove the refrigerant pressure sensor from the air conditioning piping. In order not to stress the air conditioning piping, two wrenches should be used to remove the sensor.
CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing system components, make sure that the surfaces adjacent to the connection points are free of dirt. Install plugs in fittings and piping to keep dirt out of the system.
6. Remove and discard O-ring.
Installation
1. Clean the refrigerant pressure sensor and its surroundings.
2. Fit a new O-ring to the sensor and tighten to 10 Nm.
3. Connect the block to the pressure sensor.
4. Models with Td4 or KV6 engine: Replace the lower engine shield.

5. Prime the A/C system.

6. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
