Removal


1. Remove the battery.

2. Unscrew the 9 screws securing the fender liner to the inner surface of the wing and the seal.…


2. Unscrew the 9 screws securing the fender liner to the inner surface of the wing and the seal. Lower the fender liner to access the fastening elements.

3. Loosen the nut securing the free-standing heater (FBH) to the back of the battery tray.

4. Remove 4 bolts and the battery support tray.

Installation


1. Install the support tray. Make sure the pin is aligned with the hole in the FBH mounting bracket.

2. Install the support tray bolts and the FBH mounting bracket nut. Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm.

3. Replace the mudguard.

4. Install the battery.
