Removal


1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

2. Remove the fan protective cover.

12. Separate the tensioner from the adjustment bracket.

Installation


1. Install the tensioner on the adjustment bracket, screw on the nut without tightening it completely.

2. Install the tensioner onto the roller bracket and tighten the bolt.

3. Install the tensioner roller and mount onto the timing cover and tighten the bolt.



4. Install the mudguard onto the tensioner roller.

5. Install the tensioner on the upper timing gear cover, tighten the 2 bolts and do not tighten…
