Removal


1. Remove the bearing assembly from the rear wheel hub.

For more information, refer to the chapter: Wheel Bearing and Wheel Hub (204-02 Rear suspension, Removal and installation).

2. Remove the disc bolts.

3. Remove the disc from the rear hub.

3. Remove the disc from the rear hub.


Installation


1. Install the disc on the rear hub.

2. Screw in the disc bolts. Tighten to 73 Nm.

3. Check the overall runout of the disc. It should not exceed 0.15 mm. If necessary, adjust the disc position.

4. Install the bearing assembly with the rear wheel hub.

For more information, refer to the chapter: Wheel Bearing and Wheel Hub (204-02 Rear suspension, Removal and installation).

5. Disk recovery.

NOTE: The brake disc MUST be replaced if the minimum operating thickness stamped on the disc is recorded.


Check the thickness of the disc. The disc can be machined to a minimum thickness of 12 mm. When machining, the same amount of material should be removed from each surface.
