Removing
1. Put the car on a flat horizontal platform and install wheel chocks under the rear wheels.
2. Raise the vehicle and place it securely on stands or use a lift.
3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the shock-absorber of a steering drive to an arm of longitudinal steering draught.
4. Turn away nuts and remove washers and the rubber plug of fastening of the shock-absorber of a steering drive to a support on the chassis.
5. Remove the steering shock absorber.
6. Check rubber bushings and washers. Replace if necessary.
Installation
1. Position the rubber bushings and washers correctly. Install the steering damper to the support on the chassis.
2. Connect the steering damper to the tie rod bracket.
3. Remove the supports or remove the vehicle from the lift.
