Dismantling


1. Remove 2 fasteners and unscrew 4 screws securing the wheel arch liner to the rear bumper.

2. Unscrew the 5 screws securing the lower bumper shelf to the bumper beam.

3. Carefully release the 7 rear bumper trim retaining clips, open the lower tailgate and remove the trim.



4. Unscrew the 5 screws securing the upper bumper shelf to the bumper beam.


4. Unscrew the 5 screws securing the upper bumper shelf to the bumper beam.

5. Press the 6 fasteners securing the bumper to the rear fenders and, with the help of an assistant, remove the bumper from the vehicle.

CAUTION: Always take care not to damage the paintwork before removing/installing trims, panels or bumpers.


Assembly


1. With the help of an assistant, install the bumper assembly onto the bumper beam.

2. Install and tighten by hand the 5 screws securing the upper shelf of the bumper to the beam.

3. Align the sides of the bumper with the rear fenders and secure the bumper in the clamps.

4. Install and tighten the screws securing the lower bumper shelf, tighten the screws securing the upper bumper shelf to the bumper beam.

5. Install the wheel arch liners and secure them with screws and clips.

6. Install and secure the bumper cover.
