Removal
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
WARNING: Never work on a vehicle supported solely by a jack. Always support the vehicle securely.
2. Remove both rear wheels. Refer to procedure: Wheel and Tire (204-04 Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).
3. Remove the rear bumper cover. Refer to procedure: Rear Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).
4. Tightening torque: 30 Nm
WARNING: Use new nuts.
Installation
1. When installing, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
