Front bumper (Freelander 2)

Removal

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported solely by a jack. Be sure to support the vehicle securely.

2. Remove the front wheels and tires. Refer to the procedure: Wheel and Tire (204-04 Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

3. Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to procedure: Front Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).





6. Tie the horn to the side. Tightening torque: 25 Nm



7. Tightening torque: 48 Nm

WARNING: This step requires the assistance of a second mechanic.

Installation

1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.
