Sensor — Parking assistance systems — rear — models from 04MY (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the rear bumper assembly.

EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Rear Bumper Assembly - for vehicles of model year 2004 and later.

2. Disconnect the connector from the parking assistance sensor.

3. Loosen the 2 fasteners and remove the parking assist sensor from the trim panel.

4. Separate the parking assistance sensor trim from the bumper.

Installation

1. Install the parking assistance sensor trim into the bumper.

2. Install the sensor into the trim, connect the wiring harness connector.

3. Install the rear bumper assembly.
