Dismantling

1. Remove the backrest upholstery and cushion from the seat back frame.

SEATS, REPAIR WORK, Rear seat back upholstery (right side).

2. Remove and discard the retainer that connects the drive lever to the backrest lock assembly.

3. Disconnect the drive lever from the backrest lock.

4. Remove the 2 Allen screws securing the lock assembly to the backrest frame and remove the lock assembly.

Assembly

1. Install the lock assembly onto the backrest frame and tighten the Allen screws to 25 Nm.

2. Attach the drive lever and secure it with the lock.

3. Install the backrest upholstery and cushion onto the seatback frame.
