Rear left seat backrest lock (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the rear seat back upholstery.

SEATS, REPAIR WORK, Rear left seat backrest upholstery.

2. Remove the 2 Torx screws securing the backrest lock.

3. Disconnect the cable from the lever support.

4. Remove the lock with the cable from the seat back frame.

Installation

1. Install the lock and cable on the frame.

2. Replace and tighten the Torx screws securing the lock.

3. Connect the cable to the lever support.

4. Replace the seat back upholstery.
