Dismantling
1. Remove the front seat.
SEATS, REPAIR WORK, Front seat.
2. Release the fastener and remove the headrest.
3. Remove the seat back tilt adjustment handle.
4. Release the side trim clips and remove the trims.
5. Remove the 4 Torx bolts securing the backrest frame and remove the backrest from the cushion frame.
6. Remove the lumbar support roller adjustment handle.
7. Release the seat back upholstery at the base of the frame.
8. Remove the upholstery from the seat back as shown in the figure.
9. Drill out 2 rivets from the seat back frame.
10. Remove the guides of both headrest rods.
11. Remove the backrest upholstery and soft padding from the seat back frame.
12. Remove and discard the 10 rings securing the upholstery to the backrest soft padding.
13. Remove the upholstery from the seat back.
Installation
1. Place the upholstery over the soft seat back pad.
2. Replace the trim and secure it with NEW rings.
3. Install the backrest upholstery and cushion onto the seatback frame.
4. Install the headrest guide rods.
5. Replace the belts and secure them with rivets.
6. Replace the seat back upholstery.
7. Secure the seat back upholstery to the base of the frame.

8. Install the lumbar support roller adjustment handle.
9. Align the backrest frame with the seat frame, install the Torx bolts and tighten them to 45 Nm.
10. Install the side panels and secure them to the clips.
11. Install the seat back tilt adjustment handle.
12. Install the headrest.
13. Install the front seat.
