Dismantling
1. Fold the rear right seat forward.

2. Loosen 2 screws and remove the seat belt inertia reel cover.

3. Unscrew the nut and remove the inertia reel.

4. Remove 5 screws and both seat belt anchor covers.
5. Unscrew the 3 bolts securing the seat back to the cushion and remove the back from the cushion.

6. Remove both headrests.
7. Remove the armrest recess cover.
8. Unscrew the 2 armrest mounting screws and remove the armrest.

9. Remove the seat back upholstery from the armrest recess.

10. Release the seat back cover from the seat belt opening and also release it from its attachment to the rear of the frame.

11. Release the trim from the bottom and side frame parts. Remove the lock cover, and then remove the rear frame trim.

12. Release and remove the 4 headrest guide rods.

13. Remove the seat back lock button cover.

14. Remove the backrest upholstery and soft padding from the seat back frame.

15. Remove and discard the 12 trim retaining rings and remove the trim from the soft lining.
Installation
1. Place the upholstery on the soft pad and secure it with rings.
2. Install the backrest upholstery and cushion onto the seatback frame.
3. Install the headrest guide rods and seat back lock button cover.
4. Secure the bottom and side trim pieces to the frame.
5. Secure the trim to the rear of the frame and to the seat belt hole.
6. Place the lock cover on the rear trim and install them on the frame. Make sure the lock cover is properly secured in the lock body.
7. Secure the upholstery into the headrest recess.
8. Install the headrest and tighten the screws that secure it.
9. Install the armrest recess cover.
10. Install the headrests.
11. Install the seat back and tighten the Torx bolts.
12. Install the side panels and tighten the screws that secure them.
13. Install the inertia reel on the seat back and tighten its mounting nuts to a torque of 32 Nm.
14. Install the inertia reel cover and tighten the screws that secure it.
15. Secure the rear seat backrest with the locks.
