Removing
1. Place the SRS system in safe mode. For more information, refer to Standard Techniques Used in a Service Station.
2. Remove the front seat belt buckle. For more information refer to Front seat belt buckle (76.73.30)
3. Remove the side trim of the front seat cushion.
- Remove 2 screws.
- Release 3 clips.
4. Remove the seat back hinge cover.
- Remove 2 screws.
- Release the clamp.
5. Remove the front seat back assembly.
- Release the mounting clips and disconnect the 3 electrical connectors.
- Remove 4 Torx head screws.
6. Remove the front seat handles.
- Remove the bolt covers.
- Turn out 2 bolts.

NOTE: The seat headrest lock is located under the seatback cover.
Remove the front seat head restraint. Remove the front seat head restraint.
8. Remove the front seat armrest.
- Remove the bolt cover.
- Remove the Torx head bolt.
9. Remove the front seat back lumbar adjuster. Pull with a sharp motion to release the regulator from the mechanism.
10. Release the front seat back cover.
- Release 5 clamps.
- Remove tension straps.
11. Remove an upholstery of a back of a forward seat. Remove 3 bent rings.
Installation
1. Install the front seat back cover.
- Install bent rings.
- Install clamps.
- Attach tension straps.
3. Install the front seat armrest.
- Tighten Torx Head Bolt (tightening torque 10 Nm).
- Install the bolt cover.
5. Install the front seat handles.
- Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 25 Nm).
- Install the bolt covers.
- Tighten Torx Head Bolts (tightening torque 25 Nm).
- Connect and fix electrical connectors.
- Tighten the screws.
- Install the clamp.
- Install and secure clamps.
- Screw in the screws.
