Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the vehicle and jack it up.
2. Release the air from the pneumatic elements of the front suspension.
FRONT SUSPENSION, ADJUSTMENTS, Air suspension system - air release and filling the system with air.
3. Remove the right front wheel.
4. Remove the 5 mudguard mounting screws that have a hex head.
5. Turn away the screw of fastening of a fender liner.
6. Remove fender liner for access.
7. Disconnect 4 hoses from the bypass valve, after noting their location.
CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing components, make sure that the surfaces adjacent to the connection points are free of dirt. Install plugs in the holes and fittings to protect the system from dirt ingress.
8. Disconnect the multi-pin electrical connector.
9. Turn away 3 bolts of fastening of the bypass valve to a body. Remove rubber bushings.
10. Remove bypass valve.
Assembly
1. If installing a new bypass valve, remove the air hose fittings from it.
2. Install bypass valve. Install the rubber bushings and tighten the bolts with a torque of 4.6 Nm (3.4 lb ft).
3. Connect the multi-pin electrical connector.
4. Connect the hoses to the bypass valve and tighten their connections to 3.5 Nm (2.6 lb ft).
CAUTION: Clean the air hose connection.
5. Reinstall the fender liner and tighten the screws securing it.
6. Reinstall the wheel and tighten the nuts to 140 Nm (103 lb ft).
7. Bring the pressure in the air suspension system to the nominal value.

8. Remove props and lower the car.
