Dismantling
1. Remove the hub assembly.
FRONT SUSPENSION, REPAIR WORKS, Hub.
2. Turn away 3 bolts of fastening of a protective casing of a brake disk.
3. Fix pins LRT-60-033/3 to the brake caliper using bolts.
4. Install tool LRT-60-033/5 on the hub flange.
5. Install the LRT-60-033/2 plate on the pins Install the LRT-60-033/4 pin above the steering knuckle, fixing it on the plate.
NOTE: The fingers must be in the holes marked 'FRONT' ("FRONT")
6. Screw the LRT-60-033/1 screw into the plate and push the flange out of the hub.
NOTE: This will leave the outer race of the bearing on the flange.
7. Remove plate LRT-60-033/2 and pin LRT-60-033/4.
8. Remove and discard retaining ring.
9. Install tool LRT-60-033/6 on the bearing and remove it using the method described above.
10. Remove the pins LRT-60-033/3.
11. Using a bearing puller, remove the bearing race from the hub flange.
Assembly
1. Clean the hub and its flange of dirt.
2. To use the hydraulic press, install the support LRT-60-033/10 and position the hub on it.
3. Clean and dry the mating surfaces of the hub and bearing.
4. Coat half of the bearing bore in the hub with STC 50553 sealant.
5. Press the bearing into the hub using tool LRT-60-033/12.
6. Install a new retaining ring.
7. Mount the bearing stop LRT-60-033/11 on the support and press the flange into the bearing using tool LRT-60-033/12.
8. Remove the tool.
9. Clean the protective cover and its mating surface. Align the casing and tighten the bolts of its fastening.
10. Replace the hub assembly.
