Dismantling


1. Remove the lower oil pan gasket.

Disassembly


1. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the oil receiver with mesh filter to the oil pump, remove the oil…


1. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the oil receiver with mesh filter to the oil pump, remove the oil receiver and dispose of the 2 O-ring seals.

Examination


1. Wipe the oil pickup tube and mating surfaces.

Assembly


1. Install a new O-ring into the recess and place the oil receiver on the oil pump.

2. Screw in 2 bolts securing the oil receiver to the oil pump and tighten the bolts to a torque of 10 N·m.

Assembly


1. Install the oil pan bottom gasket.
