Dismantling

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Remove the pan with the gasket.

ENGINE - Td4, Inlet and outlet camshafts, Upper sump gasket.

3. Loosen the oil pickup pipe bracket mounting bolt.

4. Unscrew the 2 bolts on the oil pickup pipe flange and remove it. Remove and discard the gasket.

Installation

1. Wipe the oil pickup tube and mating surfaces.

2. Install a new gasket on the oil receiver, install the oil receiver on the oil pump, screw in the bolts and tighten them. Tightening torque 10 Nm.

3. Install the tray with the gasket.

4. Connect the negative battery terminal.
