Removal
1. Remove the hub assembly.
For more information, refer to the chapter: Wheel Bearing and Front Wheel Hub (204-01 Front suspension, Removal and installation).
2. Unscrew the 5 bolts securing the hub to the disc.

NOTE: 110/130 variants come with ventilated discs as standard.
Tap the disc to loosen it from the hub.
Installation
1. Position the disc in the desired position relative to the hub.
2. Apply Loctite 270 to the disc bolts and tighten to 73 Nm (54 ft·lbs).
3. Check the complete runout of the disc using a dial indicator; it should not exceed 0.15 mm (0.006 inches). If necessary, adjust the position of the disc.
4. Install the hub assembly.

5. Disk recovery.

NOTE: The disc MUST be replaced if the minimum working thickness stamped on the disc is recorded.
Check the thickness of the disc. This dimension can be reduced by machining to a minimum thickness of 12 mm (0.47 inches) in solid discs or up to 22 mm (0.90 inches) in ventilated discs. When machining, the same amount of material should be removed from each surface.
