Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the vehicle.
CAUTION: Do not work under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle with safety stands.
2. Remove the wheel(s).

3. Unscrew the two bolts securing the brake caliper to the hub.
4. Remove the caliper from the disc and secure it to the side.
CAUTION: Do not allow the caliper to hang by the brake hose.

5. Remove the 2 screws securing the brake disc to the wheel hub flange.
6. Remove the brake disc from the wheel hub flange.
Installation
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the brake disc and hub flange.
2. Install the brake disc on the hub flange, tighten the mounting screws and tighten them to a torque of 5 Nm.
3. Clean the mating surfaces of the brake caliper and hub.
4. Position the caliper on the brake disc, tighten the bolts and torque to 100 Nm.
5. Replace the wheel(s) and tighten the nuts to 115 Nm.
6. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
