Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the car.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the wheel (wheels).
3. Loosen the fastening coupling of the brake pipeline to the brake hose and remove the coupling.
CAUTION: Always plug fittings and openings to keep dirt out of the system.
4. Remove the 2 hose clamps from the bumper and shock absorber bracket.
5. Release collars of fastening of the gauge of speed of rotation of a wheel to a brake hose.
6. Turn away a hollow bolt of fastening of a brake hose to a support and collect sealing washers.
7. Remove the brake hose and plug the brake caliper opening.
Installation
1. Remove plugs and clean the end of the brake line.
2. Position the hose on the fixing brackets and secure with hose clamps.
3. Clean the hollow bolt, hose and its seating surfaces on the caliper.
4. Taking new sealing washers, connect a brake hose, wrap a hollow bolt and tighten it with the moment of 28 Nanometers.
5. Attach the brake hose to the pipeline, tighten the coupling with a torque of 17 Nm.
6. Attach the wheel speed sensor cable to the brake hose.
7. Remove air from the brake system.
BRAKING SYSTEM, ADJUSTMENTS, Bleeding of air from the brake system.
8. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
9. Remove props and lower the car.
