Dismantling
1. Raise the rear of the vehicle.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Release collars of fastening of the gauge of speed of rotation of a wheel to a brake hose.
4. Loosen the couplings securing the brake pipeline to the brake hose and remove the couplings.
CAUTION: Always plug fittings and openings to keep dirt out of the system.
5. Remove the 2 hose clamps from the bumper and shock absorber bracket.
6. Remove the brake hose.
Installation
1. Remove plugs and clean the end of the brake line.
2. Position the hose on the fixing brackets and secure with hose clamps.
3. Connect the brake lines and tighten the couplings to 17 Nm.
4. Attach the wheel speed sensor cable to the brake hose.
5. Remove air from the brake system.
BRAKING SYSTEM, ADJUSTMENTS, Bleeding of air from the brake system.
6. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
7. Remove props and lower the car.
