Hydraulic clutch drive: right-hand drive vehicles — K1.8 (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the air cleaning filter.

FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM OF GASOLINE ENGINE, ADJUSTMENTS, Air cleaning filter, engine K1.8.

2. Remove the fork retainer from the slave cylinder and remove the slave cylinder from the bracket.



3. Remove the clutch master cylinder rod from the clutch pedal.

4. Turn the master cylinder clockwise and remove it from the front shield.

5. Mark the clutch hydraulic line gasket and remove the line from the retainers.

6. Remove the hydraulic clutch drive from the vehicle.

Installation

1. Install the hydraulic clutch drive on the vehicle and secure the tube in the clamps.

2. Install the master cylinder onto the front shield and turn it counterclockwise to secure it.



3. Install the master cylinder rod onto the clutch pedal.

4. Install the slave cylinder on the bracket and secure it with a fork clamp.

5. Press the clutch pedal several times to make sure it works.

6. Replace the air cleaning filter.
