Glove compartment (Freelander 2)

Removal

1. Move the front seat all the way back.

2. Open the glove compartment to the service position.

3. Remove the glove compartment.

CAUTION: Do not use excessive force when detaching the glove box. Failure to do so may result in damage to the vehicle.

4. Remove the glove box shock absorber.

CAUTION: Do not use excessive force when detaching the glove box. Failure to do so may result in damage to the vehicle.

5. Remove the glove box.

Installation

1. When installing, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.
