Operating principle

Inspection and verification


1. Visually inspect for obvious signs of damage and system integrity.

Brake pedal lever drive
Brake booster vacuum hose
Tires
Damaged or corroded wiring harness

2. If an obvious cause for the problem you identified or the customer described is found, correct it (if possible) before moving on to further action.

3. If the cause is not visually obvious, check the problem condition and refer to the Malfunction Symptom Table.
