Central Junction Box (CJB) (Freelander 2)

Removal

1. When replacing the CJB, use Land Rover recommended diagnostic equipment to interrogate the module and download stored data before removing the CJB.

2. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Procedure: Specifications (414-00 Charging System - General Information, Specifications).

Installation

1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.

NOTE: The central fuse box is pre-programmed by Land Rover and therefore no IDS connection is required. Original keys with remote control function will work. Any additional keys with remote control function will not work.
