Foams — Polyurethane (Freelander 2)

Used as noise and sound insulation. Cured foam materials are used in seats and interior trim.

The components are irritating before they react and may be harmful to skin and eyes. Use protective gloves and goggles.

People with chronic respiratory diseases, asthma, bronchial diseases or allergies should not work or be near uncured materials.

Components, vapors or aerosol droplets may cause direct irritation and allergic reactions. In some cases, they may be dangerous or harmful to health.

Avoid inhaling vapors and aerosol droplets. Use these materials only with adequate ventilation and respiratory protection. Do not remove respirator immediately after spraying - wait until vapors/aerosol droplets dissipate.

When burning uncured components and cured foam materials, toxic and harmful fumes may be produced. During the foam formation process and until the air is completely cleared of vapors/aerosol droplets, do not smoke, use open fire or use electrical equipment. Cutting cured foam materials or partially cured foam materials should only be carried out in rooms equipped with an exhaust hood.
