Auxiliary drive belt

CAUTION: For vehicles operated under severe conditions, refer to the appropriate section.

• Check the condition of the accessory drive belt.
• Remove all traces of dirt from the drive belt and pulleys.
• Check the drive belt for delamination and wear.
• Every 240,000 km (150,000 mi): Replace the accessory drive belt. For more information, refer to: Accessory Drive Belt (303-05A Accessory Drive - 3.2L NA - I6, Removal and Installation).

Timing Belt, Tensioner and Pulley

Every 10 years or 240,000 km: Replace the timing belt, tensioner and pulley. For more information, refer to the chapter: Timing Belt (303-01B Engine - 2.2L Duratorq - Td4, Removal and Installation).
