Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the car on one side.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle raised only on a jack or lift. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the left front wheel.
3. Open the cover covering the sensor cable connector, release the connector and disconnect the wear sensor block.
4. Release the sensor cable from the clamps of the body, brake hose and cap covering the bleeder fitting.
5. Disconnect the wear sensor from the brake shoe.
6. Remove the wear sensor.
Assembly
1. Install the wear indicator on the brake pad.
2. Attach the wear sensor cable to the bleeder cap retainer, brake hose bracket, retainer and bracket on the vehicle body, then connect the cable block to the connector and fix the connector. Close the connector cover.
3. Reinstall the wheel and tighten the nuts to 140 Nm.
4. Remove props and lower the car.
