Dismantling
1. Raise the rear of the vehicle on one side.
CAUTION: Do not work under a vehicle supported solely by a jack or lift. Always support the vehicle with safety stands.
2. Remove the rear right wheel.

3. Remove the 5 wheel arch mudguard mounting screws and remove the mudguard to access the wear sensor cable connector.

4. Open the connector container cover, remove the wear sensor cable connector, then release the cable from the suspension strut housing clips, suspension trailing arm and bleed nipple cap.
5. Disconnect the wear sensor from the brake pad.
6. Remove the wear sensor.
Assembly
1. Install the wear sensor on the brake pad.
2. Secure the wear sensor cable to the bleeder cap, trailing arm and strut housing retainers. Connect the connector to the connector and secure the connector. Close the connector container cover.
3. Install the wheel arch mudguard in place and tighten the screws that secure it.
4. Replace the wheel and tighten the nuts to a torque of 140 Nm.
5. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
