Dismantling
1. Raise the rear of the vehicle on one side.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle raised only on a jack or lift. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the rear right wheel.
3. Turn out 5 screws of fastening of a mudguard of a wheel arch and remove a mudguard for access to a socket of a cable of the gauge of wear.
4. Open the cover of the connector container, remove the wear sensor cable block, then release the cable from the retainers of the suspension strut housing, trailing arm, and bleeder cap.
5. Disconnect the wear sensor from the brake shoe.
6. Remove the wear sensor.
Assembly
1. Install the wear indicator on the brake pad.
2. Attach the wear sensor cable to the retainers on the bleeder cap, trailing arm, and suspension strut housing. Attach the block to the connector and fix the connector. Close the cover of the connector container.
3. Reinstall the mudguard of the wheel arch and tighten the screws of its fastening.
4. Reinstall the wheel and tighten the nuts to 140 Nm.
5. Remove props and lower the car.
