Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the car on one side.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle raised only on a jack or lift. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the front wheel.
3. Open the cover covering the sensor cable connector, release the connector and disconnect the wheel speed sensor connector.
4. Release the sensor cable from the retainer on the vehicle body, clamp and retainer on the brake hose.
5. Release the cable from the retainer on the shock absorber, remove the Allen screw and remove the wheel speed sensor from the wheel bearing support.
Assembly
1. Clean the surface of the wheel speed sensor, apply an anti-stick lubricant, and install it on the wheel bearing support.
FILLING CAPACITIES, USED OPERATING LIQUIDS, OILS AND SEALANTS, Lubrication system.
2. Install the wheel speed sensor mounting screw and tighten the screw to 8 Nm.
3. Fix the sensor cable to the shock absorber, to the brake hose bracket, to the retainer and clip on the car body, then connect the cable block to the connector and fix the connector. Close the connector cover.
4. Reinstall the wheel and tighten the nuts to 140 Nm.
5. Remove props and lower the car.
6. To make sure that the ABS is working properly, it is necessary to carry out diagnostics using the Testbook/T4 diagnostic tool.
