Dismantling


1. Remove the right rear corner trim panel.

2. Remove the protective film from the cargo door.

3. Unscrew the 3 nuts and remove the spare wheel.

3. Unscrew the 3 nuts and remove the spare wheel.


4. Remove the 3 bolts securing the upper additional brake light (CHMSL), disconnect the connector and remove the light (CHMSL).

5. Loosen the 2 clamps holding the harness.

6. Disconnect the cargo door glass washer pipe behind the spare tire mounting bracket.

7. Remove the 3 nuts from the license plate light housing and remove the housing.

8. Disconnect the 2 connectors from the flashlight housing.

9. Save the 2 spacers and the housing seal.

10. Remove the housing.

11. Disconnect the 2 connectors from the cargo door glass heating element.

12. Unscrew the 4 screws securing the door lock handle, remove the lock handle, providing access to the connector blocks and harness clamps.

13. Disconnect the 2 pads from the door lock.

14. Disconnect the connector from the cargo door glass wiper motor.

15. Disconnect the connector from the cargo door glass wiper motor.

15. Disconnect the connector from the cargo door glass wiper motor.


16. Release and disconnect the 3 pads and the washer tube from the main harness at the "E" pillar.

16. Release and disconnect the 3 pads and the washer tube from the main harness at the «E» pillar.


17. Release the door wiring harness from the 13 clamps.



18. Remove the harness from the sheath in the cargo door and E-pillar.

19. Remove the harness from the vehicle.

Installation


1. Install the wiring harness into the vehicle and secure it using cable ties.

2. Secure the harness to the cargo door housing and the E-pillar.

3. Connect the pads and place the washer tube in the main harness, secure the pads to the body.

4. Connect the shoes to the cargo door glass wiper motor and the door lock.

5. Install the lock handle, install and tighten the screws.

6. Attach the pads to the cargo door glass heating element.

7. Install the license plate light housing, install the seal and spacers.

8. Attach the block to the body.

9. Install the housing and secure it using nuts.

10. Connect the washer tube behind the spare wheel mounting bracket.

11. Fasten the harness clamp to the spare tire mounting bracket, connect the connector to the upper additional stop lamp (CHMSL), install the lamp (CHMSL) and fasten with screws.

12. Install the spare wheel and tighten the nuts.

13. Install the cargo door protective film.

14. Install the lower tailgate panel.
