The instrument cluster is located on the instrument panel, above the steering column. The instrument cluster contains analog gauges and warning lights that indicate the status of the systems. The "high series" instrument clusters also have a message center with an LCD (liquid crystal display) to provide the driver with information about the vehicle's status. The message center is located in the center of the "high series" instrument cluster. For more information, refer to the chapter: Information and Message Center (413-08 Information and Message Center, Description and Function).
The "low series" instrument panels have indicator lights instead of a message center.
