Gear selector lever handle (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Loosen the four fasteners securing the selector lever boot to the center console.



2. Pull the handle up to disengage it from the lever tail.

CAUTION: The lever handle may suddenly come loose. Be careful not to injure your face when removing the handle.

Assembly

1. Install the handle by aligning the locking lug on the handle with the slot in the selector lever.

2. Press the handle down to fully engage it onto the selector lever.

3. Install and secure the selector lever cover.
