Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
2. Remove the air duct.

3. Disconnect the connector from the lock switch connector.
4. Remove the screw securing the locking switch connector retainer and release the wires from the gearbox.
5. Remove the gearbox crankcase ventilation hose.

6. Raise the car on a lift.

7. Release the switch wires from the clips and place them aside.
8. Loosen the nut securing the selector lever to the lock switch and release the selector lever.
9. Remove the two screws securing the lock switch shield and remove the shield.

10. Remove the two screws securing the lock switch to the gearbox and remove the switch.
Assembly
1. Clean the lock switch and the mating surface of the transmission.
2. Install the switch, tighten the mounting screws and tighten them to a torque of 10 Nm.
3. Install and secure the lock switch wires and connect the connector block.
4. Install the switch wire retainer, tighten the screw and tighten it to 10 Nm.
5. Install the lock switch shield, tighten the mounting screws and tighten them to a torque of 10 Nm.
6. Connect the selector lever to the lock switch, tighten the nut and tighten it to a torque of 10 N·m.
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Connect the ventilation hose to the gearbox.
9. Reinstall the air duct.

10. Connect the negative terminal to the battery.
