4. Remove the compressor drive belt.

5. Unscrew the 8 bolts securing the pulley to the crankshaft hub.

6. Remove the pulley.

Assembly


1. Clean the pulley and mating surface.

2. Install the pulley onto the crankshaft hub so that the locating pin fits into the hole.

3. Install 8 new pulley-to-hub bolts and tighten them to 22 Nm.

4. Wipe the air conditioning compressor drive belt pulleys.

5. Put on the air conditioning compressor drive belt, turn the tensioner clockwise until it stops and tighten the mounting bolts to a torque of 22 N·m.
