Front seats (5-door body) (Discovery 1)

1. Remove the seat frame trim panel.

2. Move the seat all the way back and remove the front frame-to-floor bolts.



3. Move the seat fully forward and remove the rear frame-to-floor bolts.

4. Remove the seat and frame assembly.

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
