Backrest and pillow



Removal



1. Unfold the seat, disconnect the seat belt and its mechanism.

2. Unscrew the 4 screws securing the lower brackets.

2. Unscrew the 4 screws securing the lower brackets.


3. Fold the seat. Remove the 2 screws securing the upper brackets.

3. Fold the seat. Remove the 2 screws securing the upper brackets.


4. Remove the seat.

Installation



5. Install the seat, secure the upper brackets. Tightening torque 13 Nm.

Note: Install the removed washers in their place.


6. Tighten the lower bracket mounting screws to 13 Nm.

7. Fasten the seat belt and its mechanism.

Seat back



Removal



8. Remove the seat.

9. Unscrew the bolt securing the seat back to the frame.

Note: Spring washer is installed under the bolt head, flat washer is installed between the rod and the bracket.




10. Remove the axle bolt and assemble the washers.

11. Remove the seat covers if necessary.

12. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Seat cushion



13. Remove the seat.

14. Remove the seat back.

15. Remove the hinge bracket axle bolt and remove the bracket.

16. Turn the pillow over. Remove the screws and rivets securing the frame cover to the frame.

17. Lift the frame cover to access the strut mounting bolts, remove the bolts, remove the struts and the frame cover.

18. Remove the pillow cover if necessary.

18. Remove the pillow cover if necessary.


19. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
