Heater Control Panel — for vehicles after 2004 (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the audio system, which includes the radio and CD player.

ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS, REPAIR WORK, Radio/CD Player - models from 04MY.

2. Unscrew the 4 screws securing the heater control panel to the control panel.

3. Slide out the heater control panel assembly to access the cables.



4. Disconnect the throttle control cables from the control handles and levers.

5. Disconnect the 3 electrical connectors from the heater control panel.

6. Remove the heater control panel.

Installation

1. Install the heater control panel assembly.

2. Connect the connector blocks.

3. Connect the cables and secure them to the levers using clamps.

4. Replace the heater control panel and secure it with screws.



5. Install the audio system.
