Wire Stripper (Freelander 2)

The sliding clamps are equipped with an adjustment wheel with several holes. When the wheel is turned and the cable is inserted into the hole of the corresponding diameter, the clamp pressure is automatically adjusted. Please note that some wire harnesses may have more rigid insulation and a small adjustment of the wheel position will be required to ensure a good cut, but be careful not to damage the wire.



By pressing the outer edges of the clamp, the regulator can be moved up and down the clamps. This reduces and increases the length of insulation trimming of the cable of the wire harness with termination or the wire in the wire harness. The regulator has a position indicator with a graduated scale, which allows you to set the length of insulation trimming in millimeters. The amount of insulation trimming is shown in the comparison table.

Crimping pliers

The crimping pliers are equipped with a movable and fixed clamp, as well as crimping zones of three sizes. The zones are marked with a red, blue or yellow dot, which corresponds to the three colors of the wire harnesses with termination and the colors of the butt connectors.
