Cooling system fan controller (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.



2. Disconnect the connector from the fan controller.



3. Remove the cover from the cooling fan controller.

4. Loosen the controller mounting bolt and remove the controller.

Installation

1. Install the controller, screw in the mounting bolt and tighten it to 5 Nm.

2. Place the cover on the fan controller.

3. Connect the connector to the fan controller.

4. Connect the negative battery terminal.
