Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the front bumper assembly.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORK, Front bumper assembly - for cars up to model year 2004.
3. Remove the cooling fan.
COOLING SYSTEM: MODIFICATION K, volume 1.8, Expansion tank, Fan and fan motor of the cooling system: models with air conditioning system.
COOLING SYSTEM: MODIFICATION K, volume 1.8, Expansion tank, Fan and fan motor of the cooling system: models without air conditioning system.

4. Loosen the clamp and remove the expansion tank hose from the radiator.

5. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the condenser to the cooling system radiator.
6. Release the radiator from the lower supports and remove it from the vehicle.

7. Unscrew the upper radiator brackets.

8. Remove 4 rubber cushions from the radiator.
Installation
1. Install rubber pads on the radiator.
2. Install the upper radiator brackets.
3. Install the radiator so that it fits into the support sockets on the body.
4. Screw in the bolts securing the condenser to the radiator of the cooling system and tighten them to a torque of 3 Nm.
CAUTION: When assembling, check that the bolts are of the correct length.
5. Connect the hose to the expansion tank and secure it with a clamp.
6. Install the cooling fan.

7. Reinstall the front bumper assembly.

8. Connect the negative battery terminal.
