Operating procedure


1. Remove the lower engine guard.

3. Clean the area around the filler/inspection plug and the oil drain plug.

4. Using the LRT-41-021 tool, unscrew the filler plug and dispose of the sealing washer.

5. Remove the drain plug, discard the sealing ring and allow the oil to drain.


NOTE: Drain the oil after the gearbox has fully warmed up.


6. Install a new washer on the drain plug and tighten the plug to 35 Nm.

Filling


1. Fill the transmission oil of the required grade to the lower edge of the filler hole. It is necessary to give the oil some time to equalize the level throughout the entire volume of the box.

2. Install a new sealing washer onto the filler plug and tighten it to 35 Nm.

3. Reinstall the lower engine guard.
