Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the air intake hoses.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM, REPAIR WORK, Air intake system ducts.

3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve.
4. Loosen the screw and remove the clamp securing the exhaust gas recirculation tube to the EGR valve.

5. Release the wiring harness and fuel return line tubes from the clamps on the intake manifold.
6. Disconnect the connector from the boost pressure sensor.

7. Remove the fuel pressure sensor harness bushing from the intake manifold.

8. Unscrew 9 bolts and 4 nuts securing the intake manifold.
9. Remove the intake manifold and discard its gaskets.
Installation
1. Wipe the intake manifold and mating surface.

2. Wipe the flange of the exhaust gas bypass tube and the place where it connects to the recirculation valve.
3. Install new gaskets on the intake manifold.
4. Install the intake manifold and tighten the fasteners evenly. Tightening torque for M6 bolts is 10 Nm, for M7 bolts and nuts - 15 Nm.
5. Install the bushing onto the intake manifold.
6. Connect the connector to the boost pressure sensor.
7. Secure the fuel return hoses and wiring harness to the clamps on the intake manifold.
8. Install the EGR bypass tube clamp and tighten the clamp bolt to 10 Nm.
9. Connect the vacuum hose to the recirculation valve.
10. Install the air intake hoses.

11. Connect the negative battery terminal.
