The rear seat is a 60/40 split configuration and features a design that allows the seat halves to be folded flat to increase cargo capacity. By removing the rear seat headrests, the seat can be folded flat to the floor.
The rear seat is made of two pieces of high-strength steel extrusion, the ends of which are connected by a bracket and a hinge made of high-strength steel. The base of the rear seat has a protrusion that prevents diving under the seat belt, which helps to keep rear passengers in the seat during a frontal collision.
Inside the seat base and backrest, molded dual-firm sections and pressed foam are inserted to shape the cushion and backrest. The seat provides excellent support and comfort for rear passengers.
The cast armrest with storage compartment is located in the centre of the backrest and can be folded out if the central seat is not occupied.
ISOFIX anchorage points are provided on the rear seat frame and serve to securely attach compatible child seats to the two outer seat positions. ISOFIX anchorages are the safest way to install child seats. Thanks to these anchorages, the child seat cannot roll away or become detached from the rear seat, even during difficult maneuvers.
