WARNING: Make sure the vehicle is stationary before continuing work.
CAUTION: If it is necessary to disconnect the drive shaft(s), release the parking brake and place the transmission in neutral (N) so that the shaft(s) can be rotated freely when the vehicle is raised to the desired height.
1. Position the vehicle equidistant from the lift columns, level with the front edge of the driver/front passenger seat cushion.

2. Extend the lift arms and position the pads of each lift arm under the recommended points.
3. Raise the vehicle until its wheels are off the ground, making sure that the pad of each lift leg is still positioned correctly.
4. Raise the vehicle to the desired height.
5. Make sure the vehicle is properly supported on all lift pads and that the pads are in full contact with the body at the recommended points.
