Injector needle lift sensor (Discovery 1)

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Disconnect the sensor connector.



3. Disconnect the drain tube from the injector.

4. Disconnect the high pressure pipe from the injector.

5. Discard the drain tube mounting bolt sealing washers.

6. Unscrew the injector bracket mounting nut.

7. Remove the injector.

8. Remove the sealing washers.

9. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Install new sealing washers.
