Removal



1. Remove the fuel injection pump.

2. Using a 3.2mm drill bit, drill through the two valve board mounting screws (with cut-off heads) to a depth of 5 mm.

Note: It is recommended to drill the screw heads through the guide bushing.


3. Unscrew the body of the valve board mounting screws.

4. Remove the control valve from the fuel shut-off valve.

5. Remove the rubber wire cover from the shut-off valve.

6. Unscrew the wire fastening nut and remove the control valve.

Installation



7. Secure the wire to the shut-off valve. Tightening torque of the nut is 2 Nm.

8. Install the control valve.

9. Place the mounting plate on the valve. Tighten the mounting screws in several stages until their heads are sheared off.

10. Install the fuel injection pump.
